These terms govern your use of ZowLow and purchases from Hunan RedBird Import & Export Co., Ltd. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Orders and payment

A submitted order is a request to purchase; we may accept, decline or cancel it where necessary, including for stock, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention or delivery reasons. Retail delivery is limited to Nigeria and carries the stated ₦2,000 fee. Full payment and verification are required before dispatch. Wholesale reservations are not an acceptance of an order and are subject to quotation, delivery and payment confirmation.

Product information and wellness notice

ZowLow teas are food and wellness products, not medicines. Product descriptions and traditional-use information are not medical advice and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Results vary. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, take medication, have allergies, or are buying for a child. Stop use and seek professional advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, submit false information, or use its content, images or branding without permission. ZowLow and its content remain the property of their respective owners.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, ZowLow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer-protection rights. These terms are governed by applicable law relevant to the transaction.
