This Privacy Policy explains how Hunan RedBird Import & Export Co., Ltd. (“ZowLow”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit or order through ZowLow.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you place an order, request wholesale information, contact us, or opt in to marketing: your name, business name where relevant, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, delivery country, city and address, order details, delivery notes, and messages. We also keep a cart locally in your browser using local storage.

Our payment page may request information required by the payment provider, including a Nigerian NIN where required. ZowLow does not store that NIN on this website.

How we use information

to receive, confirm, fulfil and support orders or wholesale reservations;
to verify delivery locations, prevent fraud and protect our services;
to communicate by email, phone or WhatsApp about an order or request; and
when you expressly opt in, to send product news and promotional emails. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Who receives information

We share only the information needed with service providers that operate our order database, address-verification service, payment providers, delivery partners, and WhatsApp when you choose to continue a wholesale reservation there. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect rights, safety and security. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain order and enquiry records only for as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, customer support, accounting, legal obligations and dispute resolution. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw marketing consent by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and may keep information where lawfully required. We aim to respond in accordance with applicable data-protection law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 where applicable.

Children and changes

ZowLow is not intended for children. Do not provide personal information for a child without a parent or guardian. We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change; the date above shows the latest version.
