1. Website terms of use
This website is intended for business representatives seeking information about ZowLow’s current product range, manufacturer capabilities, future product development, OEM/ODM and export discussions. It is not directed to consumers and does not provide a shopping cart, checkout, payment collection or consumer-sale service.
You may use this website for lawful, genuine business evaluation. You must not submit false business information, interfere with website security, scrape or systematically extract content, misuse contact information for unrelated marketing, or use our content, brand, product images or label artwork without prior written permission.
Information on this website is provided for general business reference. Product availability, ingredients, pack formats, specifications, capacity, samples, MOQs, lead times, shipment routes and market suitability must be confirmed for each project in writing.
2. International B2B trade notice
Business customers only. Any potential supply relationship is with a business customer acting for trade, business or professional purposes. The representative submitting an enquiry confirms that they are authorised to speak for that business.
Quotations and contracts. Indicative website information and preliminary messages are non-binding. The applicable product, quality standard, quantity, pricing currency, payment terms, Incoterms, port/place, lead time, inspection, documents, labelling, claims procedure, governing law and dispute process must be recorded in the written commercial documents for the individual transaction. If documents conflict, the most recent document expressly accepted by both parties controls.
Destination-market responsibility. The buyer is responsible for confirming that the proposed product, claims, packaging, label language, registrations, customs classification, import permits, taxes and distribution comply with the laws of the destination market, unless a written agreement expressly allocates a specific responsibility to ZowLow.
Food and wellness information. Product information is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Buyers must ensure any market-facing claims, promotional materials and labels are lawful before use or distribution.
Trade compliance. Each party must comply with applicable export, import, sanctions, anti-bribery and customs requirements. We may decline, suspend or cancel a project where required information, approvals, payment or compliance screening is incomplete or where performance would breach applicable law.
Confidentiality and intellectual property. Buyer briefs, commercial discussions and samples should be treated as confidential by both sides unless disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing. ZowLow retains all rights in its site content, trade names, product images, label artwork and materials unless a written agreement states otherwise.
